The city beach in the Olympics itself is usually filled with local weekend tourists, Greeks who live in the area and want to spend a few days at sea. This beach is long and sandy, but the entrance to the sea is a problem if you are in a place where there are plenty of sea urchins, so choose a good entrance to the sea or use a concrete dock, from which the water is about 1.5 meters deep.
The beaches around the Olympics are among the most beautiful, not only in Athos but throughout Chalkidiki. We would recommend that you make sure to visit Babylon Beach, Cuba (Against Ammoudia) and Zugla.

It is located in a bay and on the left there is a ridge that separates it from the city beach in Stratoni, while on the right is a rock that separates it from a wild and disorganized beach. In the background are palm trees and various trees belonging to the accommodation complexes already mentioned.
