At a distance of 110 km from Thessaloniki and 3 km before Neos Marmaras, on the beautiful peninsula of Sithonia, Marialena's House is located. In a wonderful natural environment, surrounded by relaxing greenery, away from the noise and crowds, our complex will offer you precious moments of relaxation and enjoyment in a friendly atmosphere.
Marialena's House has 16 studios of 20 square meters each, specially designed and can accommodate from 2 adults to 2 adults and 2 children. All studios have a kitchen with basic equipment for preparing meals, a refrigerator, a private bathroom with a shower, a 24-inch LED TV, a private balcony overlooking the garden and the vast blue of the sea. The rooms are cleaned every 3 nights and clean linen is provided. The complex has a barbecue in the garden, a playground for children and a spacious parking area.
The nearest beach, where our guests can enjoy their swim, is only 150m away, accessible on foot and we offer you sunbeds and umbrellas for free. At a distance of 1-10km. from the complex there are the beaches of Paradisos, Lagomandra Kalogria, Kovios and Agios Ioannis. Also, 7km. from the house is Parthenonas, a traditional Greek village with a wonderful view of the entire area with many traditional taverns and cafes
