The house is located on the beach in Sithonia, Halkidiki, between Metamorfosi and Nikiti. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxation and has nothing to do with mass tourism.
On an area of 2500 square meters, 80 meters from the sea, we have three basic accommodations, Lady's house, Sailor's home and Leonardo, houseboat in the pool.

Now Sailor's house is available at a very good price for two families booking together.
Basically, it is about two houses on two floors, with direct access to the sea. They are two fairly large independent spaces, each with a kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. In each space there are two double beds and a sofa bed.
In addition, there is a third outdoor covered complete kitchen, and an outdoor shower with hot water.
