Epohikon Studios is located in the heart of the old part of Sarti, only 200 m from the beach. It is an ideal choice for families and anyone who wants a peaceful environment in the greenery, while being a step away from the center, the promenade and the sea.
The building was renovated in 2016. In the immediate vicinity there are shops and bakeries (about 50 m), as well as a pharmacy (about 40 m).
Accommodation
Standard double studios (20 m²)
They have a double bed and are located upstairs, at the front of the building. All studios have a terrace.
Standard three-bed studios (20 m²)
They are equipped with a double bed and one single bed and are intended for a maximum of three adults. They are located on the side of the building - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All have a terrace.
Bungalows (20 m²)
Located on the ground floor as separate units, they are ideal for 2-4 people.
Two bungalows have a double bed on the ground floor and the possibility of an additional mattress in the gallery, while the others have a double and a single bed, with the option of an additional mattress for the fourth person.
The bathrooms are without a shower cabin (shower with a curtain). The bungalows face the courtyard and have a terrace with direct exit.
Accommodation facilities
Guests have at their disposal: Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, TV (smart TV in studios), kitchenette with two hotplates, Illy espresso machine (capsules included during stay in studios), hair dryer, safe, mosquito nets and bathroom with shower.
A baby cot is available on request.
Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, when cleaning is also done. It is possible to use a washing machine for an additional fee.
