Villa Avista offers a pleasant stay and is built in an ideal location, surrounded by olive and fruit trees. It is only 125 meters from the sea, with a panoramic view of the five small islands of Vourvourou and the mountain. The house, on two levels, with a total area of 120 m2, is fully equipped and offers an elegant interior and decor, satisfying the most demanding guests.
On the second floor there is 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each. The rooms are comfortable, with a lot of light and with balconies that have a view of the sea and the mountains. Two children under the age of 2 stay for free (cribs are provided). 2 baby feeders are also available.
The ground floor is divided into two parts. In the first part there are two beds and one couch that can also be converted into a bed. In the second part there is a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with two balconies (view of the sea and the mountain) and a living room with a dining room. Villa Avista also has 2 air conditioners and 2 fans. Free Wi-Fi is available everywhere.
Outside there is a large terrace with chairs, two sofas and a barbecue. Every three days the villa is cleaned and sheets and towels are changed. Private parking for 3 cars, a large beautiful garden and 5 bicycles, 2 canoes and 1 table tennis are also available. And last but not least, there is a section with a basketball court and a soccer goal.
