Gerakini is a quiet seaside village at the top of the Toroneos Gulf, about 80 km from Thessaloniki, between Kassandra and Sithonia. It has a long, organised sandy beach, with shops, supermarkets, cafés and tavernas nearby. Being close to Thessaloniki and the airport, it is a good choice for a short break or for anyone who doesn't want a long drive, and from the shore you can see Kassandra across the gulf. It suits families, couples and older guests.
