Why list your stay with us
Leto Halkidiki has been running since 2017 with one goal from the start: guests and owners of private accommodation in Halkidiki talking to each other directly. We bring apartments, villas and studios in Kassandra, Sithonia and Athos together in one place, with real photos, prices and locations.
Our guests are mostly families from Serbia and the region who arrive by car, but more and more of them stay longer — people who work remotely and older travellers who pick the sea before and after the peak season. For you, that means inquiries outside July and August too.

Owners’ frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to list my stay?
Basic is 90 € a year, Top pick 150 € and Premium 250 € a year, per property. There is no commission and no other cost.
Do I pay a commission on bookings?
No. You pay only the yearly package — every inquiry and every booking is yours.
How does a guest book?
The guest sends an inquiry through the form on your listing or messages you on WhatsApp or Viber. You agree the dates, deposit and booking directly with the guest.
Who creates the listing?
We do. You send us the details, photos and price list, and we prepare and publish the listing.
Can I change the prices or photos later?
Yes — just get in touch and we update the listing.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes. Each property has its own listing and its own package.
