O rmos Panagias is a small, fishing village that got its name from the church dedicated to the Holy Virgin (Panagia in Greek). Divided into two parts: one part is by the port and the other by the long, sandy beach called Trani Ammouda (Livrochio).
You can buy fresh sea fish and seafood in the port every morning. If you have the chance, come early, choose something to your taste and enjoy the sunrise and a frappe in a nearby cafe, while the friendly vendors clean and pack your fish. And later, relax and enjoy beautifully prepared fish with a glass of good wine. Even if it's with the sounds of sea waves and a good view, then it's something you'll remember for a long time!!!
